Probe Financial Associates, Inc. Announces Completion of New Financing

Ironia, New Jersey, February 17, 2005. Probe Financial Associates, Inc., recently formed by founders Victor Schnee, Allan Tumolillo and Alfred Boschulte, has announced completion of new financing to assist its further expansion.

The new company, leaders in independent investment research about telecommunications and related IT fields, brings together three of the most distinguished experts in the industry.

Al Boschulte is the former CEO of NYNEX Mobile (now part of Verizon Wireless) and also served as President of TOMCOM, L.P., a wireless joint service organization of AirTouch, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX and US West, as well as Managing Director in Indonesia of Excelcomindo, a GSM wireless provider. He has served as executive or advisor to telecom equipment and software companies, including being CEO of SkyOptix, Inc., an optical network management company and a director of TranSwitch a supplier of VLSI semiconductor solutions. At NYNEX he also served as Corporate Vice President - Strategic Planning and Marketing.

Victor Schnee, leading telecom and investment expert, founded and ran research firms Probe Research, Inc. and Probe Group LLC and also founded “Wireless For the Corporate User Magazine.” He authored seven acclaimed studies of the industry. His investment experience includes doing deals with Craig McCaw, Octel Communications and others. In a joint venture with Kiewit Diversified Industries he co-managed an information services venture fund in the mid-‘90s. Earlier he was a leading Wall Street analyst with a research boutique in the 1970s. He has also been an advisor to investment banks, including Lazard Freres (NY) and ThinkEquity Partners (SF).

Allan Tumolillo, with over 25 years experience in financial, and strategic telecom analysis, market research and consulting, has delivered over 100 in-house presentations in North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific to the leading carriers and vendors in the industry. A key executive of Probe Research, Inc. and Probe Group LLC, he has written landmark studies on the economics and evolution of networking. For over a decade he has received prestigious awards from industry groups such as NARUC (National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners) and ISSLS (International Symposium on Subscriber Loops and Services).
